Scaled a Cyprus-based skincare brand from €8k to €34k monthly Meta spend in five months while improving return on ad spend.
The challenge
Lumé had a loyal local following but every push to scale Meta spend past €10k/month collapsed their ROAS below 2x. Creative was produced ad-hoc, and without the Conversions API their reporting under-counted roughly a third of sales — so they were switching off campaigns that were actually profitable.
What we did
We rebuilt the account into a clean prospecting / retargeting structure, set up the Conversions API for server-side tracking, and launched a weekly UGC creative pipeline with local micro-influencers. A structured testing framework isolated three winning angles, which we then scaled deliberately while watching contribution margin, not just ROAS.
